PRAYER AND THANKSGIVING SERVICE

Preacher:
Rev. Dr. Setri Nyomi, General Secretary of the World Alliance of Reformed Churches.

Independence Message:
His Excellency, Mr. Kwabena Baah-Duodu, Ghana’s Ambassador to The Swiss Confederation and Permanent Representative to the European Offices of the UN.

Special Appearance:
Generation II - Ghanaian youth and children

Scripture passages:
Psalm 107: 1 – 9 and Hebrews 3: 1 – 3
(The passages will be read in Akan, Dagbani, Ewe, Ga, French and English)

Music:
Traditional hymns and Ghanaian songs.

The Worship will be followed by a reception

Part of the offerings from the Service will be used to pay for the use of the venue. Part will be added to proceeds from other Golden Ghana Jubilee events, which will eventually go to support a Ghanaian charity yet to be identified.
